ClubReady Integrates Twitter For Club Marketing & Client Support

image Twitter is in the news it seems constantly right now and is growing at an incredible pace.  If you are familiar with Twitter then skip the next part but for those that are unsure what this twitter business is all about - Twitter is very simple, it’s basically a way for people to keep friends & family updated on what is going on in their life - all in short 140 character max "tweets".

Here is a great little video from common craft that explains Twitter in an easy to understand way.

So - How does ClubReady now integrate with Twitter?

Club clients can now add in their twitter details in their profile and select what events they want to be automatically posted to their twitter page.

So - those events they select are then automatically posted to their twitter page whenever they occur and all their friends & followers see them!

So - How does this help with club marketing?

Well - the club can also add a link to the tweet - this is entered in a new setup entry.  This could just be the club web site, but it could also be a page that had a contact form etc - it could have the ClubReady created contact form for the club so anybody entering their details gets their own login, session credits to book a tour online etc - all automatically.  So - whenever an automatic tweet occurs - potentially hundreds of people could get the club link tied to the fact that somebody they know is already going there.

Overall an effective way to generate new leads, create club awareness, create customer loyalty and promote all the value added products and services a club using ClubReady has to offer.

Here is potentially what twitter updates could look like based on different types of client events

So - How does this help the client?
Well firstly - it’s updating their twitter page automatically with what they are doing - which is the whole point of twitter, but lets say they are trying to lose weight - it lets their friends and family see what they are doing so they can support them more effectively.

If the client has a personal trainer - then their trainer can also follow their clients on twitter and keep more updated on what they are doing as a way to support them in a real & personal way.
