Health / Fitness History Form Designer
Health / Fitness history has been added to the client login - but it’s not a fixed form. Every club has their own tweak to this sales tool, and the form can be completely customized / changed in setup. Add new questions, drag and drop to arrange.
Any question can have any article from the article db attached to it so when the health history form is used the sales consultant can immediately pull up relevant info, which can also include video. We will have a CR default form / articles setup - but ultimately the club can make their own unique form.
If any articles are attached the article icon automatically shows on the history form in the client login area.
