Some New Provider Permissions
A few new permissions have been added for providers.

The first new permission ‘Can Log Sessions’ - if not checked then the provider cannot log off sessions, only admins can log sessions.
Next is ‘Can Log Sessions As No Show’ - if not checked then providers can not log no show sessions - they can only log off completed sessions. Admins must then log off no shows.
Next is ‘When Kiosk Client Validation is Used - Can Override’ - This permission is only relevant when the check-in kiosk is in use and customers are required to confirm sessions upon check-in. If this is checked then the provider can log off a session as complete - even if the client did not confirm it
‘Must Enter A Note When Logging Off Sessions’ - if this is checked then providers must enter a note about the session when logging off the session. This is useful to enforce because forcing trainers to add a note after every session increases the portability of clients and also is a deterrent against any kind of fraud.
The last new permission is ‘Can Manage Their Weekly Availability’ - up until now provider weekly availability templates were only available for editing in the admin login area. Now, if this permission is checked - providers can update their own availability from their login area.
