Improvements That Make It Easier For Clients To Make Bookings
As a follow on from the earlier blog post about the new multiple booking tool in the admin area - these tools have been incorporated into the client area as well (with some slight changes) and also the process by which a client goes through the booking process has been improved.
The flow is a bit more streamlined and is designed to tie in more closely with online purchasing (assuming the club has that enabled & is doing EFT through clubready - without that client online purchases are not available). Also - the client area only offers the multiple booking tools if it makes sense - a client who has 1 or 2 session credits to book doesn’t need to be given the choice to use the multiple booking tool - but if they have 20, 50 or 100 then for sure - that’s what they need to be using.
That online booking process / list of your club services is a great opportunity to get the client directed into the online purchasing process (and then back out into booking their newly purchased session credits).
Anyway - beyond the addition of the multiple booking options the changes are not dramatic - just subtle improvements to make the process better.
