Some More Video Testimonials

ClubReady, Testimonials September 3rd, 2007

Some video testimonials were posted a couple of months back - here are a few more from client end users and also from a personal trainer. All are using ClubReady at their club either as an employee (in the case of a personal trainer) or as a customer.
This first one from John makes a […]

Barriers Between Clients - Admins - Employees

Club Management, ClubReady September 2nd, 2007

I made up the two graphics below for a presentation and thought they’d be good to also post on the blog.

This is a picture of how a lot of clubs operate. Individual clients, the club administration, and the employees. The club administration is almost always managed by some software that keeps track of clients, maybe […]

Adding Customers In Bulk

New Features, ClubReady August 15th, 2007

A new tool has been added that allows customers to be added to ClubReady in bulk. This is probably only something that a club new to using ClubReady would use, but it makes adding hundreds or even thousands of new customer logins very easy. Free session credits can also be added for each customer (by […]

Giving New Customers Free Session Credits

New Features, ClubReady, TrainerReady August 15th, 2007

An addition to the ‘Add New Customer’ page is the ability to also assign a free package to the new customer at the same time as you add the customer.
Let me explain more clearly. Lets say every new member you add to your club gets a free orientation session. This orientation is scheduled with trainers […]

Cancelled Class? Text Message All The Class Participants

Some additions have been made to the text messaging (SMS) features of the system. Text messaging has always been a feature in the ClubReady system available to send notifications to trainers automatically when short notice cancellations, reschedules or new bookings occured.

Also - for first time client users they would go to the nutritional tab and hit the food log but […]

Some Additional Trainer Permissions

New Features, ClubReady July 18th, 2007

A short while ago we added the ability for admins to give individual trainers (or providers) specific permissions to do different things with scheduling (make bookings, cancel etc).
A few other permissions have been added so admins can give trainers permission to add customers, edit customers, change their status, update their ID photo.

Video Testimonials

We’ve had the idea for a while that video was the way to go with testimonials about ClubReady and even more so for TrainerReady when that launches. We know that people who use ClubReady, club owners, trainers, gym clients love using it, but when we talk to somebody who knows nothing about ClubReady yet - […]

Open Server Uptime Stats

We’ve been tracking server uptime using a 3rd party (pingdom) since mid Feb of this year. How this works is pingdom checks once every minute (that’s 1440 checks per day) that ClubReady is up and reachable over the web. They run this check from 11 locations spread over six continents.
The obvious reason for doing this 3rd party check […]

A Few Simple Additions To The Trainer Login

In talking to a ClubReady user recently the subject came up of what things trainers ask admins for on a fairly regular basis. The admin login obviously has a lot greater ability to pull data than a trainer login. There were two things that stood out.
The first one was ‘What’s Changed On My Schedule?’
At first […]
