Some video testimonials were posted a couple of months back - here are a few more from client end users and also from a personal trainer. All are using ClubReady at their club either as an employee (in the case of a personal trainer) or as a customer.
This first one from John makes a […]

I made up the two graphics below for a presentation and thought they’d be good to also post on the blog.
This is a picture of how a lot of clubs operate. Individual clients, the club administration, and the employees. The club administration is almost always managed by some software that keeps track of clients, maybe […]

A new tool has been added that allows customers to be added to ClubReady in bulk. This is probably only something that a club new to using ClubReady would use, but it makes adding hundreds or even thousands of new customer logins very easy. An addition to the ‘Add New Customer’ page is the ability to also assign a free package to the new customer at the same time as you add the customer.

A few other permissions have been added so admins can give trainers permission to add customers, edit customers, change their status, update their ID photo.

We’ve had the idea for a while that video was the way to go with testimonials about ClubReady and even more so for TrainerReady when that launches. We know that people who use ClubReady, club owners, trainers, gym clients love using it, but when we talk to somebody who knows nothing about ClubReady yet - […]

We’ve been tracking server uptime using a 3rd party (pingdom) since mid Feb of this year. How this works is pingdom checks once every minute (that’s 1440 checks per day) that ClubReady is up and reachable over the web. They run this check from 11 locations spread over six continents.
The obvious reason for doing this 3rd party check […]

In talking to a ClubReady user recently the subject came up of what things trainers ask admins for on a fairly regular basis. The admin login obviously has a lot greater ability to pull data than a trainer login. There were two things that stood out.
The first one was ‘What’s Changed On My Schedule?’
At first […]
