Welcome New Clients With A Personalized Approach

A new feature was added in Nov that now allows a club to create as many different new client welcome emails as they want.

Previously, only one welcome email setup was available and this was the email format/text used when a new client was sent their login details.

For example - it might be useful to have one welcome email focused on new PT clients, but for a client who is primarily purchasing different services a totally different welcome email may well be appropriate.

In system setup - welcome emails can now be created and edited. An unlimited number can be created.

New Club Customer Welcome Emails

Files can now also be attached to welcome email templates so the client receives a specific file with their first email from the club. This could be something like a questionaire or a policy document as an example. Something that you always need to send to a specific type of new client.

The welcome email to use for the new client is selected when a new client is added to the system. In addition - the ability to merge in a personal message to the welcome email has been added to Add New Customer. This allows for the club admin or trainer who is adding the new customer to write a personal note just for that customer. This will then be merged into the welcome email they receive.
