Club EFT & Client Online Purchasing
November has been a very busy month with lots of updates to ClubReady - 86 new features or changes in Nov. It’s been a while since the last blog post - so we’ll be playing catchup on the blog with several new posts coming up on the new stuff recently added.
One of the biggest new additions is integration of EFT capability.
ClubReady integrates with a clubs existing merchant account via the authorize.net getway. All that is needed to enable ClubReady to run credit card transactions is an authorize.net account (and merchant account). None of the funds flow through ClubReady - they flow from the client to the club in normally about 2 days.
Recurring plans can be setup for things like Club Memberships and/or recurring training packages and also any sales package can be setup on a payment schedule. For example - you might have a package of 12 training sessions - you persuade the client to commit to purchase 12 packages that are actually charged every month to their credit card, yet they get the ability schedule out all the credits from all 12 packages.
Contract templates can now also be created and at the time of sale these templates are used to create a personalized contract document for the client - that includes the correct client name, date, actual agreed payment schedule. Clients automatically get an update of where they are in the contract by email after every payment and they can always download contracts and payment receipts right from their personal login area.
All sales packages and recurring plans can also be made available for customers to purchase online from their login area. Below is an example of a client login area where they can select from available packages, one of which is expanded so the client can see more details on the package and what they can save if they agree to purchase multiple packages over time.
After selecting a specific package - they can select any multiple package options, enter their credit card, agree to terms and make the purchase online. Once the purchase is completed - they are immediately able to schedule bookings using the credits they have purchased.
If any future payments are due, ClubReady automatically bills their card and keeps them updated via their login area and via email.
Every booking, purchase and package is all easily referenced from the admin area, together with new reports on purchases completed, credit card declines and so on.
