Giving New Customers Free Session Credits
An addition to the ‘Add New Customer’ page is the ability to also assign a free package to the new customer at the same time as you add the customer.
Let me explain more clearly. Lets say every new member you add to your club gets a free orientation session. This orientation is scheduled with trainers and is booked just like any other paid session is.
Prior to this new feature, after a new customer was added admin would then have to go and add in a session credit for an orientation session.
Now, there is a new option on the add new customer page, which makes this process much easier and ultimately more consistent.
Why make the new drop down menu on the add customer page show packages instead of available services or classes? Packages can contain any collection of services and classes, so if you give new members a free orientation, a free 30 min PT session and a free aerobics class it’s easy to make a package for that - one that costs $0 (only $0 packages show in the new drop down menu). This will then add those session credits which are then available to schedule by admins or the new client online.
