Adding Customers In Bulk
A new tool has been added that allows customers to be added to ClubReady in bulk. This is probably only something that a club new to using ClubReady would use, but it makes adding hundreds or even thousands of new customer logins very easy. Free session credits can also be added for each customer (by selecting any free package) and login details can be sent out for each new customer added.
The new tool is only available to master admin users, and is found in setup - under Tools > Bulk Customer Upload.
To do an upload you must have a customer list in Microsoft Excel, and the columns in the spreadsheet must be in a specific order (it’s very easy to adjust a spreadsheet to match). Then the excel file must be saved as a comma delimited file from excel (.csv)
