Workout Library
We’ve added a workout library to the system. Initially this is about 100 different workouts, descriptions and over 300 photo’s, plus a tidy interface to let users lookup exercises. Over the next few months we’ll be adding video and downloadable video as Podcasts.
The whole workouts as podcasts idea (its certainly not our idea) is really great - for people to be able to download a workout on to their iPod and then watch it in the gym is a great example of technology at work.
The library is the first step - the next additions to this feature will be the ability for clients and trainers to create workout plans using workouts in the library as the basis.

I just took a look at the workout library and it is an excellent addition to the program. This will expand the potential of a client to focus on quality exercises and the picture quality is crystal clear.
I can’t wait to start using it with my clients.

This new library has been very useful to me. I am adding new exercises to my workouts and finding new ways to improve my focus on specific areas I am trying to improve.

There’s been a few improvements to the workout library - instead of the list of body areas to select from, this has been replaced with a muscle body image (male and female) wher you can mouse over the muscle areas and select the muscle group.
Also - the video’s will be added in soon, they are being filmed this weekend, so will be up in a week or two.
More exercises will be added, there is about 100 at the moment but the goal is have about 400 exercises in the library & then of course to be able to make workout plans based on the library
